Can I call about a pest problem at night?

Yes. The enquiry line is available 24 hours. Explain the pest signs, postcode and access so the available attendance and next step can be discussed. A call does not guarantee an immediate treatment visit.

What if I do not know which pest it is?

Describe the signs and where you noticed them. A safely taken photograph may help the initial discussion, but an inspection may be needed before the pest and suitable treatment can be established.

Will I need more than one visit?

That depends on the pest, findings and treatment approach. Ask what the quotation includes, how progress will be checked and whether follow-up visits or separate proofing work are recommended.

Can I enquire about a home or a business?
